As a whole, the Hawaiian Islands are known for their lush beauty, idyllic beaches and laid-back attitude. Each island is unique though, with its own personality and scenic wonders. Hawaii Island is vast and growing as Kilauea continues to erupt. Maui is known as the Valley Isle and is home to the stunning Iao Valley. It’s smaller neighbors, Lanai and Molokai, can be accessed via ferry boats or seen from above in a Maui helicopter tour. Oahu is the Gathering Place, and hosts the largest population of any of the Islands. Kauai, the oldest of the Hawaiian Islands, is the Garden Isle. No matter the Island, Hawaii has the something to suit any visitor.
